Philip Carlisle was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. In college he double majored in Bio-Medical Sciences and Health Sciences along with playing Soccer, doing Theatre, and writing his first three novels. After graduating he spent several months in the Czech Republic doing a medical internship with the goal of pursuing medical school. A change of heart after returning led to purse the military only to be disqualified for past sports injuries. In the uncomfortable uncertainty of two almost-careers he returned to what had been only passions, acting and writing, and is now pursuing both full time. He is currently represented by Leighton Agency in Phoenix and The Brogan Agency in Los Angeles.
Philip is also a member of MENSA, a certified Personal Trainer, Deep Water Lifeguard, Scuba Diver, and Labrador Retriever Petting Specialist.
